针药并用联合情志疗法治疗发作期变应性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Drug Combined with Emotional Therapy on Allergic Rhinitis during Attack

目的观察针药并用联合情志疗法治疗发作期变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组。对照组通过服用盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,治疗组在服用盐酸西替利嗪片基础上,同时服用益气温阳方,给予针刺疗法和情志干预。结果两组患者治疗临床症状评分、临床症状总积分同治疗前比较均有明显改善(P<0.05);两组患者治疗临床症状总积分同治疗前比较均有明显改善(P<0.05)。两组比较,治疗组症状积分改善更加明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后治疗有效率为92.50%,高于对照组之65.00%(P<0.05);治疗组依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针药并用联合情志疗法对发作期变应性鼻炎患者疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine combined with emotional therapy on allergic rhinitis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）. The control group was treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets. On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy and emotional intervention. Results： Compared with those before treatment,the clinical symptom scores and the total scores of clinical symptoms of the two groups improved significantly（P〈0.05）. The improvement of symptom scores in the treatment group was more obvious（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was92.50%,while that of the control group was 65.00%;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The compliance of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of acupuncture and medicine combined with emotional therapy on allergic rhinitis is significant.
