透热转气法治疗痛风性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effect of “Clearing and Transferring Heat to Qi” on Patients with Gouty Arthritis

目的观察透热转气法治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将132例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组患者予秋水仙碱片加碳酸氢钠片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用中药透热转气组方治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、视觉模拟(VAS)评分、疼痛持续时间、红肿持续时间、实验室相关指标变化情况。结果治疗1周后,两组患者尿酸、血沉、C反应蛋白、VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组各指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者关节疼痛持续时间、红肿持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用透热转气法治疗痛风性关节炎疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of ＂clearing and transferring heat to Qi＂（CHTQ） on patients with gouty arthritis. Methods： One hundred and thirty two patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with colchicine and sodium bicarbonate,while the observation group was added CHTQ formula. The clinical efficacy,pain VAS score,duration of pain,duration of red swelling and laboratory related indicators of the two groups were compared and assessed before and after treatment. Results： After one week of treatment,the uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein and VAS score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the improvement of each index in the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The duration of joint pain hours and duration of red swelling in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of CHTQ formula is remarkable on patients with gouty arthritis,and it has certain clinical value.
