《张氏医通》痢疾辨治思想探析

The Study on the Academic Thinking of Treating Dysentery in Zhang's Medicine

吴门医派名医张璐在治疗痢疾方面经验丰富,见解独特,主要记载在其代表著作《张氏医通》中。张氏对痢疾的辨证以明下痢赤白、身热为药;论治不泥于苦寒疏利,擅用温理气机之法,同时注重特殊痢的辨治,效验颇多。现梳理并总结《张氏医通》中有关痢疾辨治的思路和实践经验,以期更好地指导当前中医痢疾的诊断和治疗。

Zhang Lu is a famous doctor of Wumen medical School,who has special methods in treating dysentery. His academic thinking of treating dysentery was recorded in his famous books Zhang′s Medicine. He distinguishes the syndrome differentiation of TCM based on the color of blood of dysentery and the temperature of patients,and is good at using the methods of warming yang and regulating Qi to cure dysentery. At the same time,he paid much attention to the differentiation and treatment of special dysentery with better effects. Now,we list and sum up the thinking and practical experience of dysentery treatment in order to better guide the diagnosis and treatment of dysentery in TCM.
