摘要
压力管道一旦发生失效和破裂事故极有可能造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失,因此需要定期进行检测,确保压力管道的安全运行。无损检测的主要目的是为了避免压力管道发生失效事故对管道进行定期检测。无损检测可用于检查材料及焊接接头的表面及内部质量,在不损坏材料完整性的前提下,检测出受检部位存在的缺陷。本文结合工作经验,分析压力管道常用的无损检测方法及适用的范围,以及发展前景,以期与同行进行探讨。
Once the pressure pipelines failure and rupture accident are likely to cause significant casualties and property losses, so it is necessary to conduct regular testing to ensure the safe operation of the pressure pipeline. The main purpose of nondestructive testing is to avoid the pressure pipeline failure accident of regular inspection of the container. Nondestructive testing can be used to check the surface and internal quality of materials and welded joints, on the premise of not damaging the integrity of the material, detect defects in the tested parts. Combined with work experience, this paper analyzes the common nondestructive testing methods and the scope of application of pressure pipes, as well as the prospect of development, in order to discuss with the colleagues.
