麻醉诱导期右美托咪定滴鼻对氯胺酮静脉麻醉患儿躁动的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究麻醉诱导后选用不同剂量的右美托咪定滴鼻对患儿苏醒期躁动影响的效果。方法随机选取择期行腺样体或扁桃体切除术的患儿60例,随机分为3组:右美托咪定1.0μg·kg^(-1)组20例(D1组)、右美托咪定2.0μg·kg^(-1)组20例(D2组)和生理盐水组20例(NS组)。麻醉诱导后分别给予1.0μg/kg右美托咪定滴鼻,2.0μg·kg^(-1)右美托咪定滴鼻和等量的生理盐水滴鼻。记录患儿的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、躁动评分、拔管时间以及恶心呕吐、嗜睡等不良反应情况。结果D1组、D2组拔管时HR、MAP低于NS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D1组、D2组躁动评分低于NS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2μg·kg^(-1)右美托咪定滴鼻可降低患儿苏醒期躁动的发生,安全可行。
