摘要
从制件造型设计、冲压成形工艺、坯料剪裁及新工艺应用等角度介绍了提升汽车覆盖件材料利用率的措施,并以某车型翼子板模具设计开发为载体,通过对其制件特性及冲压工艺进行研究与优化,提出了采用梯形坯料代替矩形坯料进行调试与量产的方案。实践表明:采用梯形坯料生产,冲压材料利用率由28.38%提升至35.9%,单件成本降低1.6元/辆,达到节约资源、降低企业制造成本的目的。
Some measures to improve the material utilization of automobile panels were presented from the aspects of product modeling design, stamping process, blank cutting and new process application. Taking the design and development of a die for fenders as an example, a scheme was proposed that trapezoidal blank was used to debug and mass produce instead of rectangular blank after studying the product characteristics and optimizing its stamping process. Practice showed that the stamping material utilization was increased from 28.38% to 35.9%, and the cost of each one was decreased by $1.6 by taking trapezoidal blank in production, which saved resources and reduced the operating costs.
