摘要
叙述了轴流式水轮机叶片ZZT03-120型面用胎模装夹的加工方法,根据ZZT03-120木模图的数据对叶片进行实体建模,用叶片与毛坯对比确定加工余量,设计夹具,定位装夹,经实际生产加工证明,该方法可行,解决了水轮机叶片加工的难点,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
A process method that the surface of ZZT03-120 axial-flow turbine blade was clamped by using loose tooling was presented. According to the data of the ZZT03-120 wooden patterns, the blade was solid modeled. The machining allowance was determined by comparing the blade with the blank, and the fixtures were designed. The actual production proved that the process was feasible, which solved the difficulties of turbine blade processing.
