摘要
在客观现象考察的基础上提出"车站关联地区"的研究视角,并辨析其与"车站地区"在内涵上的差异,同时具体应用于"广州站关联地区"空间格局、功能业态、动力机制及其与车站相互关系的分析中。研究结论能够较好地回应"车站在地区中的角色与作用"的基本理论命题。此外,还分析了广州站地区未来的发展趋势及研究方向。
Based on the investigation of the objective fact, the new research perspective of "station related area" is proposed with deep discrimination on the differences of connotation comparing with "station area" . The former is at the same time applied in the analysis on Guangzhou Station related area in respect of spatial layout, functional format, dynamic mechanism and relationships with the station. The conclusions are proved to be well responded to the basic theoretic issue of the role and effect of the station on the area concerned. Additionally, the expectation on future development of Guangzhou Station area and future research direction are provided.
