拉萨市传统商业街道的空间构成调研及分类研究

Spatial Composition of Traditional Commercial Street in Lhasa city

对拉萨市传统商业街道空间的研究是对其历史街区及传统社会生活方式进行保护的一个重要环节。在前期调研的基础上首先明确了传统商业街道研究对象,并从空间形态、构成、业态、商业形态等方面对这些街道进行实地勘察调研。基于实地调研数据,利用聚类分析的方法,对拉萨市传统商业街道的空间构成进行类型化分析,总结对比各类街道的物质空间构成特征,以期为拉萨市传统商业街道的研究和保护更新提供启示。

The study on the traditional commercial streets in Lhasa City is important for the protection of the urban old district and residents＇ traditional social life style. The authors conducted field investigation from the aspects of spatial composition, forms, business format, and organization of commercial space. Based on the data collected, this paper classifies all the traditional streets into four types through cluster analysis. Accordingly, the spatial composition characteristics of every type are clarified. It is intended that the result of the paper can provide theoretical reference for the preservation and regeneration of traditional commercial streets of Lhasa City.
