CDFA形态学评分在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断105例分析

Analysis of CDFA Morphological Score in the Differential Diagnosis of 105 Cases with Malignant and Benign Thyroid Nodules

目的探讨彩色超声形态学综合评分法在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性中的价值。方法对2017年3—9月在该院超声科就诊的105例甲状腺结节患者进行常规超声检查,选取具有诊断价值的6个超声征象,分别赋以规定分值,计算累计分对甲状腺结节诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确度。结果共发现大小不等甲状腺结节124个,其中恶性结节56个,良性结节68个,84.7%与病理符合。结论超声形态学评分对甲状腺结节的鉴别具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the value of CDFA morphological score in the differential diagnosis of malignant and benign thyroid nodules. Methods 105 cases of patients with thyroid nodules patients diagnosed in the department of ultrasound in our hospital from March to September 2017 were for routine ultrasound examination, and 6 ultrasound signs with diagnostic value were selected and given the regulated score, and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of accumulated score on the thyroid nodules were calculated. Results 124 thyroid nodules of different sizes were found out, including 56 malignant nodules and 68 benign nodules, and 84.7% were consistent with the pathology. Conclusion The application value of ultrasound morphological score in the differential diagnosis of malignant and benign thyroid nodules is higher.
