口腔正畸治疗上前牙埋伏阻生的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Orthodontics Therapy of Anterior Maxilla Im-pacted Teeth

目的研究探讨口腔正畸治疗上前牙埋伏阻生的临床效果,以便于为今后上前牙阻生患者的治疗提供比较有价值的参考依据。方法方便选择2014年1月—2017年1月该院收治的上前牙埋伏阻生患者36例进行研究讨论,所有患者采取口腔正畸治疗,观察患者的治疗效果。结果采取口腔正畸治疗上前牙埋伏阻生患者,显效的有22例,有效的12例,无效的2例,总有效率94.4%(34/36),发生异常情况的有5例,发生率为13.9%(5/36)。结论对于上前牙埋伏阻生的患者,采取口腔正畸治疗,效果显著,可以减少患者出现异常,并且该方法治疗起来安全性较高,受到很多患者和医护人员的青睐,值得在今后患者的治疗过程中应用和推广。

Objective To research the clinical effect of orthodontics therapy of anterior maxilla impacted teeth in order to provide valuable reference for the treatment of anterior maxilla impacted teeth. Methods 36 cases of patients with anterior maxilla impacted teeth admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were convenient selected for discussion and research, all patients were treated with orthodontics, and the treatment effect was observed. Results After treatment, 22 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.4%（34/36）, 5 cases were abnormal, and the incidence rate was 13.9%（5/36）. Conclusion The effect of orthodontics therapy of anterior maxilla impacted teeth is obvious, which can reduce the abnormalities of patients, with high safety, wining popularity of patients and medical staff, and it is worth promotion and application in future.
