瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病合并高脂血症患者血糖影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病合并高脂血症患者血糖的影响。方法选择2016年7月—2017年7月进行冠心病合并高脂血症治疗的患者200例,随机分为两组,对照组患者使用较少剂量的瑞舒伐他汀,实验组加入正常剂量的瑞舒伐他汀瑞舒伐他汀钙片。记录两组患者血糖检测数据,血脂检测数据。结果实验组患者空腹血糖(4.68±1.05)mmol/L、餐后血糖(6.79±1.09)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(4.67±0.38)%,显著低于对照组患者(6.09±1.02)mmol/L、(8.97±1.01)mmol/L、(5.58±0.48)%,以上数据均差异有统计学意义(t=5.39、4.32、6.03,P<0.05)。实验组患者低密度脂蛋白(2.57±0.79)mmol/L、总胆固醇(4.69±1.09)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.88±0.87)mmol/L,对照组患者低密度脂蛋白(4.38±0.87)mmol/L、总胆固醇(5.78±1.02)mmol/L、甘油三酯(2.57±1.01)mmol/L,以上数据均差异有统计学意义(t=6.33、4.67、6.48,P<0.05)。结论临床对冠心病合并高血脂症患者进行治疗,可以使用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗,对患者血糖以及血脂的控制效果较为明显。 Objective To study the effect of rosuvastatin on the blood glucose of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia on the blood glucose. Methods 200 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used small-dose rosuvastatin, while the experimental group used the normal-dose rosuvastatin, and the blood glucose test data and blood liquid test data were recorded. Results The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group[(4.68±1.05)mmol/L,(6.79±1.09)mmol/L,(4.67±0.38)% vs(6.09±1.02)mmol/L,(8.97±1.01)mmol/L,(5.58±0.48)%], and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.39, 4.32, 6.03, P〈0.05), and the LDL, total cholesterol and triglyceride in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively(2.57 ±0.79)mmol/L,(4.69 ±1.09)mmol/L,(1.88 ±0.87)mmol/L and(4.38 ±0.87)mmol/L,(5.78±1.02)mmol/L,(2.57±1.01)mmol/L, and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.33, 4.67, 6.48, P〈0.05).Conclusion The rosuvastatin in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia patients can have an obvious effect on the control effect of blood glucose and blood liquid.
