急诊护理路径与传统护理对急性心肌梗死抢救效果的影响

Effect of Emergency Nursing Routine and Traditional Nursing on the Rescue Effect of Acute Cerebral Infraction

目的探讨急诊护理路径与传统护理对急性心肌梗死抢救效果的影响。方法方便选择该院2015年7月—2016年7月收治的74例急性心肌梗死患者作为对照组,并选择该院2016年8月—2017年8月收治的74例急性心肌梗死患者作为观察组。对照组行传统护理,观察组行急诊护理路径。比较两组临床效果。结果 (1)观察组护理满意度(98.65%)明显优于对照组(78.38%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.654,P<0.05);(2)观察组心理状况评分[SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(16.55±2.10)分、(33.62±3.44)分]明显优于对照组[(26.84±3.05)分、(48.02±1.28)分],差异有统计学意义(t=3.469、3.883,P<0.05);(3)观察组并发症发生率(5.41%)明显优于对照组(21.62%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.882,P<0.05)。结论急诊护理路径能够明显改善抢救成功率,缓解了护患关系,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing routine and traditional nursing on the rescue effect of acute cerebral infraction. Methods 74 cases of patients with acute cerebral infraction admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the control group, and 74 cases of patients with acute cerebral infraction admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were convenient selected as the observation group, and the control group used the traditional nursing, while the observation group used the emergency nursing routine, and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,（98.65% vs 78.38%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=13.654, P〈0.05）, and the mental status score including the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, [（16.55±2.10）points,（33.62±3.44）points vs（26.84±3.05）points,（48.02±1.28）points], and the differences were statistically significant（t=3.469, 3.883, P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,（5.41% vs 21.62%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=10.882, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The emergency nursing routine can obviously improve the rescue successful rate, and relive the medical relationship, and it is worth promotion.
