重症急性胰腺炎常见并发症分析及其预防护理措施的效果分析观察

Analysis of Common Complications of Severe Acute Pancreatitis and Prevention Effect of Nursing Measures

目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎常见并发症,提出预防护理措施,评价护理效果。方法方便选取该院在2014年6月—2017年5月期间诊治的64例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院的先后顺序将患者分成两组,入院较早的患者定为对照组,32例,采用常规护理,入院较晚的患者定为观察组,32例,在常规护理的基础上实施预防护理干预模式,观察护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率为25.0%,明显低于对照组的50.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.946 3,P<0.05);观察组死亡率为6.25%,对照组死亡率为25.0%,观察组死亡率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.755 78,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为87.5%,明显高于对照组的62.5%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.356 4,P<0.05)。结论重症急性胰腺炎病情较为凶险,容易出现多种并发症,对这些并发症进行分析,并实施预防护理干预措施,可以显著降低并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the analysis of common complications of severe acute pancreatitis and prevention effect of nursing measures, and evaluate the nursing effect. Methods 64 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 32 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the nursing intervention model on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect was observed. Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（25.0% vs 50.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=12.946 3, P〈0.05）, and the morbidity in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（6.25% vs 25.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=8.755 78, P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher that in the control group（87.5% vs 62.5%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=11.356 4, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The severe acute pancreatitis is risk, and multiple complications are easy to occur, and the implementation of preventive nursing intervention measures can obviously reduce the incidence rate of complications, and improve the nursing satisfactory degree.
