针对性饮食护理在小儿腹泻中的临床应用价值分析

目的分析针对性饮食护理在小儿腹泻中的临床应用价值。方法方便选取2016年3月—2017年10月该院收治的120例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机将患儿分成两组,每组60例患儿,一组采用常规的护理方式,为常规组,一组在此基础上实施针对性饮食护理,为干预组,对比分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果干预组患儿的治疗有效率为95.00%(57例),明显高于常规组的81.67%(49例),两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ~2=5.175 4);干预组患儿腹泻缓解时间为(3.11±1.23)d,呕吐缓解时间为(1.56±0.45)d,高烧缓解时间为(15.32±6.14)d,常规组患儿腹泻缓解时间为(5.62±1.35)d,呕吐缓解时间为(2.41±1.25)d,高烧缓解时间为(18.34±6.45)d,两组患儿各项数据比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.164 7、4.955 9、2.626 9,P<0.05);干预组患儿家长的护理满意度为96.67%(58例),明显高于常规组的80.00%(48例),两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.157 3,P<0.05)。结论小儿腹泻患儿应在常规护理的基础上实施针对性饮食护理,可有效并快速缓解患儿的临床症状,提高治疗效果,患儿家长的护理满意度也更高,该护理方式可在小儿腹泻护理中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of targeted dieting nursing in children diarrhea. Methods120 cases of children with diarrhea admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the routine group used the routine nursing way, while the intervention group used the targeted dieting nursing, and the treatment effect was compared and analyzed. Results The treatment effective rate in the intervention group was obviously higher than that in the routine group [95.00%（57 cases） vs81.67%（49 cases）], and the difference was statically significant（P〈0.05, χ~2=5.175 4）, and the diarrhea relive time, vomiting relief time and high fever relief time in the intervention group and in the routine group were respectively（3.11 ±1.23）d,（1.56±0.45） d,（15.32 ±6.14） d and（5.62 ±1.35） d,（2.41 ±1.25） d,（18.34 ±6.45） d, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（t=11.164 7、4.955 9、2.626 9,P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree of children＇s family in the intervention group was obviously higher than that in the routine group [96.67%（58 cases） vs 80.00%（48 cases）], and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05, χ~2=10.157 3）. Conclusion The targeted dieting nursing on the basis of the routine nursing in children with diarrhea can effectively and rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the treatment effect, and the nursing satisfactory degree of children and their family is also higher, and it can be promoted and applied in the nursing of children diarrhea.
