综合护理干预对慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Gastritis and Peptic Ulcer

目的观察分析综合护理干预在影响慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者生活质量的效果。方法方便选取该院100例慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者作为该次研究对象,病例选取时间为2016年11月—2017年11月,对患者按照护理方法的不同进行分组,观察组和对照组两组(n=50),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预,对比分析两组患者的满意程度与临床疗效。结果观察组患者的总满意率为96%,对照组患者的总满意率为68%(χ~2=13.279 1,P=0.000 26<0.05),观察组患者的满意率远远大于对照组患者的满意率。观察组患者的满意率明显高于对照组患者的满意率。观察组患者治疗总有效率、显效率、有效率和无效率分别为,94%,80%,14%和6%;对照组患者的总有效率、显效率、有效率和无效率分别为66%,30%,36%和34%(χ~2=12.250 0,P=0.000 46<0.05),相比之下,观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组。结论综合护理干预在护理慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者的过程中,对患者的生活质量的影响具有明显效果,对患者的生理和心理状态的提高有着重要作用,值得进一步研究发展。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each according to different nursing methods, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the satisfactory degree and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total satisfactory rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96% and 68%（χ~2=13.279 1, P=0.000 26 P〈0.05）, and the difference was obvious,and the satisfactory rate in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group, and the total treatment effective rate, markedly effective rate, effective rate and ineffective rate in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 94%, 80%, 14%, 6% and 66%, 30%, 36%, 34%（χ~2=12.250 0, P=0.000 46 0.05）, and the clinical curative effect in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer is obvious, which has an important effect on the physical and mental states, and it is worth further research and promotion.
