摘要
以单片机为主控制器,设计高性价比的食品烘烤机智能温控系统。首先利用温度传感器获取烘烤机桶内温度,将温度值经过A/D转换后传递给单片机,利用液晶显示器实时显示烘烤机桶内温度,单片机同时将其与设定的温度值进行比较,然后利用PID控制算法得到输出的控制量,以此控制加热器的开度。系统有效避免了因烘烤机桶内温度过低或过高而引起的食品不熟、烤焦等问题,具有简单好用的特点。
This paper designs an intelligent temperature monitoring system for food baking machine based on single chip microcomputer as main controller. The system adopts sensor to implement data acquisition of the temperature of the baking temperature machine barrel and the collected data is converted and transmitted to the MCU. Then the MCU compares the data with the set temperature value and uses the PID control algorithm to control the heater. The system can avoid the temperature too low or too high so as to make food taste undercooked or charring. It is simple and easy of use.
