阐述了管桩生产工艺流程设计及工艺改进创新,研究了砂、石、水泥和掺合料等八种管桩原材料的管理工作,提出对变频器、锅炉和行车自动抓钩抱模夹具等设备的改进,对管桩绿色生产有一定参考价值。

This paper expounds the technological process design and technological improvement innovation of pipe pile production, studies sand, stone, etc. The management of eight kinds of pipe pile raw materials, such as cement and admixture, is put forward to improve the equipment such as frequency converter, boiler and driving automatic hook clamping fixture, which has certain reference value for the green production.
