At present, China has entered the era of information technology, and sensors play an important role in automatic control technology. Therefore, the scope of use of the sensor is broader. Nowadays, the most commonly used sensor type is photoelectric sensor. As a kind of detection and control device, photoelectric sensor has many advantages such as wide application fields and ability to convert optical signals into electrical signals. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the principle of the broadcasting and electric sensor, and then analyzes its advantages and characteristics.Finally, it elaborates the effective application of the photoelectric sensor in the automatic control, which is only for reference by the insiders.
