酒店管理专业现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

Research on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation Mode of Hotel Management Major

酒店管理专业是校企合作中联系较为紧密的一个专业,在现代学徒制试点探索中,各高职院校进行了较多有益尝试。针对传统"校企合作"人才培养模式存在的问题,根据人才培养的进阶规律和企业经营的实际状况,提出了酒店管理专业"工学交替递进式"现代学徒制人才培养模式。围绕"高素质技能型基层管理人才"的培养目标,设置了3个教学阶段,实施全方位、全过程、工学结合交替递进式的职业教育,提出探索校企共同育人机制,改革招生与培养制度,推进优质教学资源的共建共享,形成与现代学徒制相适应的教学管理和运行机制等保障措施。

Hotel management major, as one of the most closely related majors in school-enterprise cooperation, has made many useful attempts in the exploration of modern apprenticeship. Aiming at the existing problems of traditional school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode, according to the talent cultiva- tion advancement laws and the actual situation of enterprise operation, it put forward the ＂Alternation of working and learning＂ modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode. According to the ＂high skilled lower management talent＂, it set up three teaching stages. Implementing the all dimension, all-round process, the combination of progressive alternate vocational education, putting forward explore the mechanism of school-enterprise joint education, reforming enrollment and cultivation system, promoting the co-construction and sharing of high-quality teaching resources then to form a teaching management and operation mechanism compatible with modern apprenticeship.
