春砂仁中总黄酮提取工艺的优化 被引量:3

摘要 为确定春砂仁中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,以春砂仁为原料,用甲醇提取春砂仁中总黄酮,利用紫外分光光度计对提取液的总黄酮含量进行测定。以总黄酮提取率为指标,探讨了甲醇体积分数、提取时间和提取温度3个单因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法对春砂仁总黄酮的提取工艺条件进行优化,得到春砂仁总黄酮提取的最佳条件为提取时间101 min,提取温度73℃,甲醇体积分数85%。在此条件下,春砂仁总黄酮的提取率为11.11%。 The total flavonoids were extracted by methanol from Amomum villosum Lour. for the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids,and the yield of total flavonoids was taken as the index. UV spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of total flavonoids from the extraction of Amomum villosum Lour. The effects of methanol concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction rate were discussed. On the basis of the single factor experiment,the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Amomum villosum Lour. were optimized by applying the Box-Behnken response surface method. The optimum conditions for extracting total flavonoids from Amomum villosum Lour. were obtained as follows:extraction time 101 min, extraction temperature 73 ℃, the methanol concentration was 85%. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Amomum villosum Lour. was 11.11%.
