摘要
光照强度、氮源质量浓度和CO_2体积分数对小球藻生长具有重要影响。研究选用f/2培养基在合适的条件下对小球藻进行培养,并设置不同梯度的光照强度、氮源质量浓度和CO_2体积分数,同时采用标准曲线法求出小球藻细胞干质量,通过干质量的变化对不同培养条件下小球藻生长效果进行评估。结果表明,在光照强度为5.0×103 lx,CO_2体积分数15%,氮源质量浓度0.5 g/L时,小球藻的生长状况最好,干质量积累量最高。
Light intensity, CO_2 volumeter and nitrogen concentration have important effects on the growth of Chlorella. This study selected the f/2 medium cultivated Chlorella,and set the different gradient of light intensity,CO_2 volumeter and nitrogen source concentration,and used the standard curve method and the dry weight of chlorella cells,through the change of the dry weight of Chlorella growth effect under different culture conditions. The results showed that when the light intensity was 5.0 ×10~3 lx,the CO_2 volumeter 15%,and the nitrogen source concentration 0.5 g/L,Chlorella had the best growth condition and the dry weight accumulation was the highest.
