Study on Agricultural Products Processing Knowledge Network Based on Research Cooperative Relationship

摘要 以2014—2016年农产品加工领域论文合著数据为例,采用社会网络分析方法,研究了基于组织科研合作关系的农产品加工知识网络。结果表明,农产品加工领域存在大型的知识网络,网络密度不高;网络以若干科研实力强的机构为核心,形成各具特色的凝聚子群,子群之间的合作不强,在网络中发挥中介作用的机构不多;网络稳健性较弱。最后根据研究提出相应的建议,以促进农产品加工知识网络的构建与优化,提高农产品加工创新绩效。 Taking the data of co-authored paper about agricultural products processing between the year of 2014—2016 as an example. This paper studied on the characteristics of knowledge network based on research cooperative relationship from the views of network density, centrality, structural holes, subgroup and soundness by the method of social network analysis. It showed that a large knowledge network exists in the field of agricultural products processing,and the network density was not high;the network was consisted by a variety of cohesive subgroups in which a number of institutions with strong capacity of science research were as the cores,the cooperation links among subgroups was not strong and lack of institutions that can play mediating role in the knowledge network;the network had a weak soundness as a whole. According to the research results,corresponding recommendations were proposed, so as to promote the construction and optimization of agricultural products processing knowledge network,and improved the technological innovation performance.
