摘要
目的 :探讨用微创股骨近端锁定钢板内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法 :将2011年3月至2015年5月期间四川省内江市第六人民医院骨科收治的16例基底型股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象。对这16例患者均进行微创股骨近端锁定钢板内固定术。然后,观察这些患者的治疗效果。结果 :这16例患者均顺利完成手术,其均未发生钢板螺钉松动、断裂等术后并发症,其骨折的不愈合率为18.7%,其髋关节功能Harris评分的优良率为81%。这16例患者住院的平均时间为14 d,其骨折愈合的平均时间为7.3个月。结论 :用微创股骨近端锁定钢板内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折的效果显著,可有效地提高患者骨折固定处的稳定性,促进其骨折的愈合及其股骨颈运动功能的恢复。
objective: to explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive femoral proximal locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods: 16 patients with basal femoral neck fracture admitted by the department of orthopedics, the sixth people's hospital of neijiang city, sichuan province from March 2011 to May 2015 were taken as the study subjects. All 16 patients were treated with minimally invasive femoral proximal locking plate internal fixation. Then, the therapeutic effects of these patients were observed. Results: all the 16 patients successfully completed the surgery, and none of them had any postoperative complications such as loosening of steel plate and screw, fracture, etc. The nonunion rate of the fracture was 18.7%, and the excellent rate of Harris score of hip joint function was 81%. The 16 patients spent an average of 14 days in hospital and 7.3 months in fracture healing. Conclusion: minimally invasive femoral proximal locking plate internal fixation is effective in the treatment of femoral neck fracture, which can effectively improve the stability of the fracture fixation and promote the healing of the fracture and the recovery of the movement function of femoral neck.
