切开复位内固定术治疗Lisfranc关节损伤的效果研究

Effect of open reduction and internal fixation on the treatment of Lisfranc joint injury

目的 :探讨使用切开复位内固定术治疗Lisfranc关节损伤的效果。方法 :选取2014年1月至2017年10月期间成都市新都区人民医院收治的80例Lisfranc关节损伤患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者使用闭合复位内固定法进行治疗。为观察组患者使用切开复位内固定术进行治疗。然后观察两组患者Lisfranc关节复位的效果、发生远期并发症的情况。结果 :观察组患者Lisfranc关节复位的有效率及足部关节功能的优良率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05),其远期并发症的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :使用切开复位内固定术治疗Lisfranc关节损伤可降低患者远期并发症的发生率,其Lisfranc关节复位的效果及其Lisfranc关节功能恢复的效果均较好。

Objective： To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of Lisfranc joint injury. Methods： 80 cases of patients with Lisfranc joint injury admitted by people＇s hospital of xindu district, chengdu city from January 2014 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects. These patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with closed reduction internal fixation. Patients in the observation group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Then the effects of the reduction of Lisfranc joints and the occurrence of long-term complications were observed. Results： the effective rate and excellent rate of foot joint function of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of long-term complications was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the use of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of Lisfranc joint injury can reduce the incidence of long-term complications, and the effect of Lisfranc joint reduction and its functional recovery are better.
