对中青年脑卒中后构音障碍患者进行综合康复治疗的效果研析

The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on young and middle-aged patients with poststroke dysarthria was analyzed

目的 :探讨对中青年脑卒中后构音障碍患者进行综合康复治疗的效果。方法 :选取2015年9月至2017年9月期间四川省民政康复医院收治的60例中青年脑卒中后构音障碍患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为试验组和对照组。两组患者入院后,均对其进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对试验组患者进行综合康复治疗。然后比较两组患者接受治疗的效果。结果:接受治疗后,试验组患者汉语标准失语症检查表(CRRCAE)的评分、治疗的总有效率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05),其焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :对中青年脑卒中后构音障碍患者进行综合康复治疗的效果较为理想。

objective： to explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on young and middle-aged patients with poststroke dysarthria. Methods： 60 young and middle-aged patients with poststroke dysarthria admitted by sichuan civil affairs rehabilitation hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the study subjects. These patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group on average. Both groups received routine treatment after admission. On this basis, comprehensive rehabilitation treatment was conducted for the experimental group. They then compared the effects of treatment on the two groups of patients. Results： after treatment, the score and total effective rate of CRRCAE were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale（SAS） and depression self-assessment scale（SDS） were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on young and middle-aged patients with poststroke dysarthria is satisfactory.
