对接受手术治疗的腰椎骨折并发腹胀患者进行中医综合护理的效果探讨

目的 :探讨对接受手术治疗的腰椎骨折并发腹胀患者进行中医综合护理的效果。方法 :将2016年12月至2018年1月期间在四川省威远县中医医院和四川省内江市中医院骨三科接受手术治疗的82例腰椎骨折并发腹胀患者作为研究对象。将这82例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有41例患者。对两组患者均进行手术治疗。同时,对对照组患者进行中医常规护理,对观察组患者进行中医综合护理。然后,对比两组患者治护的效果、住院的时间、术毕至肛门排气的时间及其对护理的总满意率。结果 :与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治护的总有效率及其对护理的总满意率更高,其住院的时间、术毕至肛门排气的时间均更短(P>0.05)。结论 :对接受手术治疗的腰椎骨折并发腹胀患者进行中医综合护理的效果显著,可有效缩短其治疗的时间,提高其对护理的满意度。

objective： to explore the effect of comprehensive TCM nursing for patients with lumbar vertebral fracture complicated with abdominal distension treated by surgery. Methods： from December 2016 to January 2018, 82 cases of lumbar vertebral fracture complicated with abdominal distension who received surgical treatment in three departments of bone of weiyuan county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of sichuan province and neijiang city hospital of sichuan province were studied. The 82 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 41 patients in each group. Surgical treatment was performed on both groups. At the same time, the patients in the control group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing and the patients in the observation group received comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing. Then, the effect of treatment, length of stay, duration of postoperative anal exhaust and overall satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results： compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had a higher total effective rate of care and a higher total satisfaction rate of nursing care, and the length of stay in hospital and the duration of postoperative and anal exhaust were shorter（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the comprehensive nursing of Chinese medicine for patients with lumbar vertebral fracture complicated by abdominal distension after surgery has a significant effect, which can effectively shorten the treatment time and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
