对行腹部手术的患者实施手术室细节护理的效果研析

Study and analysis on the effect of detailed nursing care in operating room for patients undergoing abdominal surgery

目的 :分析对进行腹部手术的患者实施手术室细节护理的效果。方法 :选取2017年1月至2017年6月期间在江油市第四人民医院手术室进行腹部手术的134例患者作为研究对象。将这134例患者随机平均分为对照组和研究组。对这两组患者均进行腹部手术和手术室常规护理。同时,对研究组患者进行手术室细节护理。然后,比较两组患者对护理质量的评分和两组患者对护理服务满意度的评分。结果 :接受护理后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者对护理质量的评分和对护理服务满意度的评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论 :对进行腹部手术的患者实施手术室细节护理的效果显著,可提高其护理质量及患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective： To analyze the effect of detailed operating room nursing for patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods： 134 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in the operating room of the fourth people＇s hospital of jiangyou from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The 134 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a research group. Patients in both groups received abdominal surgery and routine care in the operating room. At the same time, the study group patients in the operating room detailed nursing. Then, the scores of the two groups of patients on nursing quality and the scores of the two groups of patients on nursing service satisfaction were compared. Results： after receiving nursing care, compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had higher scores on nursing quality and nursing service satisfaction（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： it can improve the nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing service.
