论中俄媒介集团合作基础、方法与实施机制

On Cooperative Basis,Method and Implementation Mechanism between Chinese and Russian Media Group

近年来,中俄随着综合国力的发展,在国际舞台上扮演着越来越重要的角色,推动区域与国际社会和平稳定发展的作用日益明显。但是,中俄在当前国际舆论话语体系中并不占优势,在国际社会的传播影响力与其大国地位不相匹配。在中俄战略伙伴关系框架下,两国在经济、文化、能源、运输等多方面展开了合作。以美国为代表的西方资本主义阵营为了干扰中俄互惠合作与发展进程,凭借其强大的媒介霸权,频频向两国施加舆论压力,公开传播关于中俄的不实言论,使两国国际形象受损,导致某些发达国家以有色眼镜看待中俄发展。这不仅不利于中俄自身的发展,也阻碍了两国推动区域与国际社会发展的进程。中俄要想在国际社会树立正确形象,传播自己声音,就必须在媒介领域寻求合作,抵抗来自西方阵营的舆论压力,在自身发展的同时更好地为国际社会发展贡献力量。

In recent years,with the development of comprehensive national force,China and Russia play more and more important role in the international stage,and their cottribution to boosting peace and stability development of regional and international society is more and more obvious. However,China and Russia do not take advantage in the international opinion discourse system,their communication and influence in the international society are not consistent with their great power position. Under strategy partner relation framework,China and Russia cooperate in many fields such as economy,culture,energy,transportation and so on. In order to interfere with the reciprocal cooperation and development between China and Russia,the western capitalist faction represented by the United States uses its strong media hegemony to frequently impose opinion pressure on China and Russia,publically publishing and communicating false opinions about the two countries,and tarnishingthe image of the two countries,which causes some developed countries to watch the development of the two countries with color glasses. It is not only unhelpful for self-development of the two countries but also blocks the two countries to promote regional and international society development. In order to set up proper image in the international society and communicate self-voice,China and Russia must cooperate in media field to resist the pressure from the western faction so as to make contribution to international society development while pursuing self-development.
