摘要
目的:探讨体外受精—胚胎移植(in-vitro fertilization,IVF)与卵胞浆内单精子注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)技术辅助生殖的子代足月双胎婴儿的体格生长及发育商的差异。方法:随机选取2015~2017年在兰州大学第一医院生殖中心通过IVF或ICSI辅助生殖的足月双胎儿90例,按辅助生殖技术分为IVF组(n=50)和ICSI组(n=40)。并选取50例同期自然受孕(natural conception,NC)的足月双胎儿为NC组,比较3组在出生时、6月龄、12月龄的身长、体质量、头围,并使用格塞尔婴幼儿发展量表(gesell developmental schedules,GESELL)评估6月龄和12月龄的发育商。结果:IVF组与ICSI组在出生时和婴儿期的身长、体质量、头围无明显差异,且与NC组接近(P>0.05)。6月龄时IVF组、ICSI组语言能力评分均低于NC组(P<0.05);3组间大运动、精细运动、适应能力、个人-社会能力评分无统计学差异。12月龄时,3组间GESELL所有指标评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IVF和ICSI两种辅助生殖子代足月双胎儿婴儿期的发育水平均在正常范围,与自然受孕足月双胎婴儿发育水平相仿。
Objective:To investigate the difference of physique gronth and developmental quotient of full-term twins between in-vitro fertilization(IVF)and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI).Methods:Ninety cases full-term twins who was born with assisted reproductive technology(ART)from 2015 to 2017 in the first hospital of Lanzhou university were divided into IVF group(n=50)and ICSI group(n=40),and 50 cases were selected as natural conception(NC)group.The physique growth and developmental quotient in three group were compared.Results:There were no significant differences between IVF group and ICSI group on the length、weight and head circumference when they were born and in infancy(P〉0.05).At the age of 6 months,the language competences in IVF group and ICSI group was lower than that in NC group(P〈0.05).Gross motor,fine motor,adaptability and personalsocial skill score at the age of 6 months and all GESELL score had no significant differences between the three groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion:There are no significant differences between IVF and ICSI full-term twins on physique growth and developmental quotient in infancy,which is similar to that of the natural conceived term born twins in infant.
