摘要
社区网格化管理模式已经在我国城乡社区得到普遍的应用,而社区网格员队伍的建设问题日渐突出。当前社区网格员持有中等的职业满意度,但是职业定位尚不明晰,职业待遇偏低,职业前景不确定。这些职业特点是在社会管理转型和现代社会职业分工合理化的作用下形成的。为促进社区网格员职业的健康发展,需要对他们进行合理定位,提高他们的职业认同感和专业化水平。
Community grid management has been used all over cities and countries in China, but the issues of community grid managers' building have become more evidentl. Presently community grid managers are satisfied with their occupation moderately. However, they have vague roles, a low payment and an uncertain occupational prospect. These occupational traits have been formed by the transition of social management and the rationalization of occupational division in modem society. In order to promote community grid managers' development, we need to locate them correctly and improve their occupational identification and specialization.
