当前高校职业指导现状及创新研究

The Current Vocational Guidance Status and Innovation Study in Colleges and Universities

2017年高校毕业生总数已达到795万人,大量高校毕业生集中涌向社会,就业需求总量依然较大。然而在经济改革进入攻坚阶段的新形势下,国家宏观就业压力不减,高校毕业生就业指导工作呈现新的特点和趋势。如何实现毕业生顺利就业以及如何促进职业发展是当前高校职业指导工作的重点和难点,本文分析了目前高校职业指导工作不完善的方面,积极探索职业指导的创新研究,以期用来指导实际工作。

In 2017 the total number of college graduates have reached 7, 950, 000 people, and large number of college graduates flock to society, so the total amount of employment demand is still large. However, in the new situation of economic reform, the national macro employment pressure is not reduced, college graduates＇ employment guidance work presents new features and trends. How to achieve the smooth employment of graduates and how to promote career development are the focus and difficulty of the current career guidance work in Colleges and universities.
