摘要
加强党的政治建设,需要从"政权意识""利益代表""政党纲领""政治关系"的视角加以规范和推进。以党的政治建设统领党的建设,要致力于全党认同新的政治观点,发挥最大的政治优势,培育优秀的政治文化,提升高强的政治本领,激发基层党组织的政治功能。处理好"一定要讲政治"和"少谈些政治"的关系,着力实现伟大的使命,满足人民的新期待和推进国家治理现代化,是新时代党的政治建设的落脚点。
Strengthening the political construction of the party shall be regulated and advanced from the perspectives of ＂political power consciousness＂, ＂ representation of interest ＂, ＂political party program＂ and ＂political relations＂. Leading the Party＇s construction with political construction, great efforts shall be made to make the whole party agree on the new political views, exerting the greatest political advantages, nurturing an excellent political culture, enhancing high-level political skills, and inspiring the political functions of party organizations. Dealing with the relationship between ＂must behave correct politically＂ and ＂talk less about politics＂, striving to achieve a great mission, meeting people＇s new expectations, and promoting the rational modernization of state governance, are the bases for the political construction of the Party in the new era.
