大隐静脉内翻式抽剥术与传统抽剥术的比较

目的探讨内翻式大隐静脉抽剥术与传统抽剥术的比较及优势。方法2015年5月至2017年5月下肢大隐静脉曲张患者200例，根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组，每组各100例。对照组采用传统大隐静脉抽剥手术治疗，治疗组采用内翻式大隐静脉抽剥术治疗。结果所有患者均得到良好治疗，治疗组与对照组均无手术失败病例，治疗组手术时间与住院时间均明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组术后疼痛发生率及疼痛程度明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组术后隐神经损伤、皮下隧道出血等并发症发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论内翻式大隐静脉抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张效果等同于传统抽剥术，但是其作为一种更加安全、有效、创伤小的方法，值得临床推广。

Objective To cornpare the advantages of intima-stripping saphenous vein and conventional abscess. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, 200 cases of varicose veins of lower extremities were treated in our hospital. According to the different treatment methods, the treatment group and the control group were divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated by traditional saphenous vein extraction treatment, the treatment group with inversion saphenous vein stripping treatment. Results All patients received good treatment. There was no surgical failure in both the treatment group and the control group. The operation time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The incidence of postoperative pain and pain in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） The incidence of complications such as injury and subcutaneous tunnel bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conelusion Inverted saphenous vein for the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins is equivalent to traditional stripping, but as a safer, more effective and less traumatic method, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
