吴茱萸贴敷太冲涌泉穴辅助治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床效果分析

目的观察吴茱萸贴敷太冲、涌泉穴辅助治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床应用效果。方法选取自2016年1月至12月期间至本院诊治的高血压患者共60例，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。两组入院后均给予降压、降脂及预防血小板聚集药物等常规治疗。对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上行中药穴位贴敷治疗，观察两组患者中医症候、血压、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗前，两纽患者中医症候评分、舒张压与收缩压比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）；治疗后，观察组各项中医症候评分、舒张压与收缩压均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组临床总有效率（76．67％）显著高于对照组（50．00％）（P〈0．05），且观察组不良反应发生率（13．33％）显著少于对照组（40．00％）（P〈0．05）。结论吴茱萸贴敷太冲、涌泉穴辅助治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病，能有效缓解患者临床症状，降低血压，减少不良反应，临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Evodia sticking Yongquan Taichong, adjuvant treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with hypertension diagnosis and treatment from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group （ 30 cases ） . The two groups were given conventional treatment, blood pressure and lipid and prevent platelet aggregation drugs after admission, the control group were given medicine Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets treatment, the observation group received acupoint therapy. The TCM syndrome, blood pressure, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were observed. Results Before treatment, 2 groups of patients with clinical symptoms score, systolic and diastolic blood pressure showed no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） ; scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05） , the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） , the total efficiency of the observation group （ 76.67% ） was significantly higher than the control group （ 50% ） （ P〈0.05 ） , and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly less than the control group （ 13.33% ） （ 40% ） （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Evodia sticking Taichong, Yongquan adjuvant treatment of hyperactivity of liver Yang hypertension can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce blood pressure, reduce adverse reaction, the clinical effect is remarkable, has important value in clinical treatment.
