腕踝针与穴位敷贴对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的即时镇痛效果观察

目的对比腕踝针与穴位敷贴疗法对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的镇痛效果。方法将64例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各32例。两组患者均采用常规的支持治疗，对照组采用穴位敷贴疗法干预，观察组采用腕踝针干预，分别于干预前和干预后5min、15min、30min测量患者的疼痛程度。结果两组患者在干预后30min的VAS值与同组治疗前比较均有统计学差异（P〈0.01），腕踝针组在干预后15min和30min的VAS值与穴位敷贴组比较，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腕踝针与穴位敷贴疗法都能有效减轻脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的即时疼痛，但腕踝针的镇痛效果优于穴位敷贴疗法。

Objective To compare the analgesic effect of wrist ankle acupuncture and acupoint therapy on patients with spleen deficiency type stomach pain. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 32 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with routine supportive treatment, the control group used acupoint therapy, observation group were treated with wrist ankle acupuncture intervention, respectively before intervention and stem pain prognosis of 5min, 15min and 30min were measured. Results The two groups of patients after the intervention of 30min VAS value compared with the same group before treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.01） , the observation group after the intervention of 15min and 30min value of VAS compared with the control group, with significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Wrist ankle acupuncture and acupoint sticking therapy can effectively alleviate immediate pain in patients with spleen deficiency type stomach pain, but the wrist ankle acupuncture analgesia is better than acupoint sticking therapy.
