摘要
目的探讨Q开关1064nm激光治疗痤疮后并发红斑的效果。方法40例痤疮后并发红宽患者随机分为治疗组(20例)与对照组(20例)。治疗组采用Q开关1064nm激光治疗,设定治疗参数(波长1064nm,光斑4mm,能量密度6.0J/cm2,频率5~7Hz)进行激光治疗,间隔1个月/次,共2次;对照组红蓝光治疗,20min/次,2次/周,共16次。治疗前后拍照并对皮损进行计数。结果治疗组总有效率为850%,明显高于对照组的20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组不良反应包括皮损处及周围皮肤少量红斑、灼热、点状出血,但在数天内可消退。结论Q开关1064nm激光治疗痤疮后并发红斑疗效确切,安全性高,无明显不良反应,是一种治疗持久性痤疮后并发红斑安全、有效的新方法。
Objective To investigate the clinnical efficacy and safety of Q-switched 1064 nm laser for the treatment of post-acne erythema. Methods A total of 40 cases of post-acne erythema were recruited and randomly divided into the treatment group ( 20 cases ) and the control group ( 20 cases ) . The treatment group received Q-switched 1064 nm laser treatment, which parameters were: 1064 nm, 4 mm spot size, 6J/ cm2, 5~7Hz. All patients were treated once a month, for 2 months. The patients in control group took red-blue light irradiation ( 20 min biw, 8 weeks ) . Pictures of erythema were taken and the numbers were recorded before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.0%, obviously higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) . The adverse reactions included erythema, burning sensation and punctate hemorrhage on the skin and around the skin in the treatment group, but they could all disappear in several days. Conclusion Q-switched 1064 nm laser is effective and safe method for treating post-acne erythema.It is a new approach for persistent post-acne erythema.
