单次曲安奈德注射联合超声波治疗急性腕关节扭伤疗效观察

目的观察单次曲安奈德痛点注射联合超声波治疗急性腕关节扭伤临床疗效。方法急性腕关节扭伤患者100例随机分为两组，对照纽（超声波治疗）和观察纽（单次曲安奈德联合超声波治疗），两组均治疗1个疗程，治疗结束后1个月回访，比较两种治疗后的有效率。结果观察组有效率94．00％，对照组有效率80．00％，观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论曲安奈德联合超声波治疗急性腕关节扭伤疗效优于单纯使用超声波。

Objective This study was designed to observe the clinical efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with ultrasound in the treatment of acute sprained wrist. Methods One hundred patients with acute wrist sprains were randomly divided into two groups： control group （ ultrasound treatment ） and observation group （ triamcinolone acetonide combined with ultrasound treatment ） .Two groups were treated for a course of treatment. One month after the end of treatment, patients were interviewed and the efficacy of the two treatments were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%, while that of the control group was 80.00%. Observation group treatment effect was better than the contro group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Triarncinolone acetonide combined with ultrasound treatment of acute wrist sprain were better than useing tfitrasound alone.
