摘要
随着国家教育事业的发展,新建大学校园在许多城市中不断涌现,依附校园存在的校园周边商业因其大量稳定的消费群体而发展迅猛,在许多地区已经成为一个城市经济发展的重要增长部分,也成为校园自身功能性服务设施。文章将合肥两所高校的新老校区周边商业空间作为研究对象,借助圈层分析法对四个校区周边商业的空间布局进行归纳分析,并提出理想化的高校周边商业空间布局结构。
With the rise of education, the construction of university campuses has continued in many cities. The campus-related businesses attached to the campus have developed rapidly because of their large number of stable consumer groups. They have become an important growth component of urban economic development in many areas and have become the campus’ s own functional service facilities. This paper takes the commercial space around the old and new campuses of the two universities in Hefei as the research object, and analyzes the spatial layout of the business around the four campuses by means of the circle analysis method, and proposes an idealized commercial space layout structure around the university.
