民宿业态背景下徽州传统民居更新研究

Study on the Renewal of Traditional Residential Buildings in Huizhou under the Background of B&B Industry

文章以民宿业态发展为背景,针对当下民居保护与更新过程中存在的问题,对徽州传统民居的外在形式及内部空间构成进行分析,通过民宿业态的介入,探索业态的构成、选择与发展对徽州传统民居更新的影响,从而得出民居更新的新模式,进而为徽州传统民居注入新活力。

This paper is based on the B ＆ B format development background, external form and internal space of the traditional dwellings in Huizhou were analyzed, the existing residential protection and renewal of the needle in the process of problem, through the B ＆ B format of the intervention, to explore business structure, selection and development of Huizhou traditional residence renewal, so that a new mode of residential renewal, and inject new vitality into traditional dwellings in Huizhou.
