预制装配技术对北方乡村住宅外围护结构的应用研究

Study on the Application of Precast Assembly to Northern Rural Residential Enclosure Structure

随着农村经济的发展,农民对自身住宅的品质需求和舒适度日益提高,而现在的农村住宅建设方式和建筑品质依旧比较落后,外围护结构性能较差导致了室内舒适度不高。而如今兴起的预制装配式建筑技术的优势可以很好地解决这个矛盾。文章主要介绍了预制装配式建筑技术对于乡村建设的应用,集中阐释了其对住宅外围护结构的优势和特点,并通过国内外的案例指出此项技术的优越性和对乡建的适配性。而我国对此的研究和应用甚少,所以文章着重探讨了对于其应用的研究意义、存在的问题及试设计解决方案。

With the development of the rural economy, the farmers’ qualitative demand and comfort of their own houses are increasing, and the rural housing construction methods and quality are still relatively backward. The poor performance of the peripheral protection structure leads to the low indoor comfort. And the advantage of the prefabricated technology can solve this contradiction very well. This paper mainly introduces the application of prefabricated technology to rural construction, concentrating on the advantages and characteristics of the building envelope. Through domestic and foreign cases, Pointing out the superiority of this technology and the suitability for rural construction. Therefore, this article focuses on the research significance, existing problems and solutions for its application.
