孤岛式城市历史街区保护与更新中的问题研究——以大连原连锁商店街为例

Research on the Protection and Renewal of the Isolated Historical Block of the City——Take Dalian Chain Store Street as an Example

城市化进程加剧孤岛式城市历史街区的出现,以大连原连锁商店街为例,通过梳理街区历史演变过程和街区在城市视角下的空间结构组成,分析街区在城市发展中存在的问题。以此为基础归纳总结孤岛式城市历史街区保护与更新中存在的问题,从而更加真实地反映城市化进程中历史街区发展进程和发展方向,为其保护更新提供新思路。

The increase of urbanization leads to the emergence of isolated urban historic districts. This paper takes Dalian original chain blocks as an example,by combing the historical evolution process of the block and the spatial structure of the block in the urban perspective,the problems existing in the urban development are analyzed. Based on this, summarize the problems existing in the protection and renewal of isolated urban historic districts.So as to reflect the city more real process, and provides a new idea for historical block protection.
