基于DPSR模型的城市新区生态安全评价研究——以西咸新区沣西新城为例 被引量:2

摘要 针对城市新区生态环境变化受规划驱动特征,运用"驱动力—压力—状态—响应"(DPSR)模型框架构建评价指标体系,评估规划实施对城市新区生态安全的潜在影响,为规划与管理部门决策提供科学依据。通过评估与预测西咸新区沣西新城2015-2020年生态安全演变趋势,结果发现生态安全状态由较安全下降为临界安全。此外,由于DPSR模型能够较好反映规划对城市新区生态安全时空演变所起的驱动作用,且以规划控制指标作为评价数据源,便于规划及建筑专业人员应用,故鼓励将其运用于城市新区生态安全评价与预测中。 In the light of the characteristics of changes in urban new area ecological environment driven by planning, this paper builds the index system of the ecological security assessment of urban new area with the "Driving force-Pressure-State-Response", which provides scientific basis for planning and management decision-making.The evolution trend of ecological security in Fengxi New Town in Xixian New Area from 2015 to 2020 would be assessed and predicted. The results showed that the state of ecological security would decrease from safety to criticality. Since DPSR model can reflect the driving effect of planning on the spatial and temporal evolution of ecological security in urban new area better, it is convenient for planning and construction professionals to use indexes of planning control as evaluation data, it has some advantages and potentials in ecological security assessment and prediction of urban new area.
