基于老年人活动空间的社区医疗卫生服务设施规划研究

Research on Community Health Service Facilities Planning Based on the Elderly Activity Space

随着社会老龄化问题的日益突出,就医行为逐渐成为老年人日常生活中不可缺少的一部分。文章探索老年人与社区医疗卫生之间的相互作用,通过两步移动搜索法对社区医疗卫生服务设施可达性进行研究。选取具有广泛意义的实际案例进行分析,基于Arcgis空间可达性分析结果,评价以社区为单位的老年人活动范围内医疗服务的空间可达性,揭示目前社区医疗卫生服务设施的差异性和发展中存在的问题,并提出基于老年人行为视角的社区医疗卫生服务设施健康促进规划原则。

With the aging problems protruding, health seeking behavior is an indispensable part of the elderly daily life. Considering the interaction between the elderly and the community health service, this paper uses two-step floating catchment area method（2 SFCA） to research the accessibility of the community health service facilities. Then, we evaluates spatial accessibility of health service in the elderly activity circle, and reveal the differences and problems of community health service facilities, which are based on the ArcG IS analysis results. Finally, we put forward the planning principles of health promotion for community health facilities based on the behavior of the elderly.
