摘要
随着我国城镇化进程的加快以及全面二胎政策的推广,基础教育的就学需求越来越大,而城市的基础教育配套设施未紧随城市的发展,校际间资源不均衡导致跨学区入学等一系列因素使得学区的就学需求量与学校的学位供给量发生矛盾。文章在此背景下,以西安市JHNL小学学区为例,通过对此学区的居住建筑进行分类,精细化测算学区的就学需求,同时与对应学校的供给量作对比,从而定量指导学区以及学校的建筑空间环境的划分,并对基础教育学位配置提出几点建议。
With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China and the comprehensive two-child policy, the demand for basic education is increasing. However, the basic education facilities in the city did not fol ow the development of the city. The imbalance in resources between schools leads to inter-school entrance, and a series of factors make the demand for school districts contradict the supply of school. In this context, the article takes Xi’an JHNL Elementary School District as an example, through the classification of residential buildings in this school district, the demand for school attendance in the school district is refined and compared with the supply of corresponding schools to quantitatively guide the division of school districts and the improvement of the school’s architectural space environment. At the same time, several suggestions have been made for basic education attending school needs.
