On Vocational English Major Courses Construction Based on Workplace Environment

基于职场环境的现实需求,开展高效的高职专业课程建设工作是摆在教育工作者面前的重要课题。在实训过程中,要着力培养学生的专业基础能力、专业学习方法的驾驭能力以及社交能力等,使学生的综合能力有所提升,成为满足市场需求的现代新型人才。本文针对高职院校的专业课程,探讨了基于职场环境需求下的专业课程建设,提出提高专业课程建设水平的措施。

On account of realistic demand of workplace environment,launching efficient vocational major courses construction is an important task the educators should finish.In the practical training process,every effort should be made to develop the students＇ basic professional ability,ruling ability of professional learning method and social acceptability so that they can promote their comprehensive abilities and become new-type modern talents for the market.In light of vocational major courses,this paper discusses major courses construction based on workplace environment requirements,followed by some suggestions for improving major courses construction level.
