文章结合中石化的具体实践,阐述了干部监督工作体系建设的具体做法,针对干部监督体系建设中存在的问题,阐明了要提高对"强化干部监督体系建设重要性"的认知、要进一步加强干部监督机构设置及队伍建设、要进一步强化干部监督制度体系建设等对策,为直属企业深入开展干部监督工作、充分发挥干部监督效能提供有效参考。

Combining Sinopec concrete practice and aiming at the problems existed in cadre supervision system construction,this paper puts forward some suggestions as follows：enhancing cognition of the importance of strengthening cadre supervision system construction,further intensifying cadre supervision organization structuring and team construction and further strengthening cadre supervision institutional development,providing an effective reference for carrying out deeply cadre supervision work in subordinate enterprises and giving full play to cadre supervision potency.
