针对目前工程造价管理上存在的一些问题,考虑从六个方面用创新的思路、方法与手段完善工程投资的全过程管理:完善投资控制制度,将动态控制机制引入控制体系;运用决策树,优化设计方案,降低工程造价;运用合同条款约束设计质量对工程造价的影响;优化招投标办法,降低工程造价;运用工程承揽合同约束施工过程中影响工程造价变化的因素;运用人力资源的激励机制保证工程造价控制在企业中的有效实施。

Aiming at some problems in current engineering cost management,some measures are taken as follows：improving investment control system to bring dynamic control mechanism in control system,using decision-making tree to optimize design scheme and reducing engineering cost,using contract terms to limit the impact of design quality on engineering cost,optimizing bid method to reduce engineering cost,using engineering contract to limit the impact on engineering cost change during construction and using human resource incentive mechanism to ensure effective application of engineering cost control in the enterprise.
