摘要
涪陵页岩气田随着气田产能建设不断推进,生产规模逐渐扩大,出现了人力资源跟不上产量递增这一现实困难,制约涪陵页岩气田快速发展。分公司创新巡检站管理模式,优化人员配置,通过新技术、新工艺的应用,提高生产管理水平,实现节能降耗,挖潜增效,缓解人力资源短缺和生产规模快速发展的矛盾。实现了气田指挥中心-采气管理区-巡检站-集气站四级管控模式的高效运行,具备日常巡检、日常维护、调产、应急救援、视频监控、周界防越、流程监控和资料录取八大基础功能。
With a constant development of gasfield productivity construction and gradual expansion of production scale,Fuling Shale Gasfield is facing the difficulty that manpower resource is unable to keep pace with output progressive increase,which restricts its rapid development.Jianghan Oilfield Company brings new ideas to routing inspection station management mode,optimizes personnel allocation and uses new technologies to improve production management level and relieve the conflict between manpower resource shortage and rapid expansion of production scale,thus realizing effective running of four levels of management mode,that is,gasfield command center-gas production management area-routing inspection station-gas gathering station with eight basic functions including daily round check,daily maintenance,production adjustment,emergency rescue,video surveillance,boundary breaking prevention,process monitoring and data gathering.
