The Way of Helping and Supporting the Poor in the Enterprise under the New Situation

扶贫帮困是企业工会工作的重要工作内容之一。要做好扶贫帮困工作,首先要了解扶贫帮困工作的开展情况,分析困难员工的具体情况,坚持"以人为本"和"群众利益无小事"原则,启动EAP计划,帮助员工做好职业生涯的规划,在职工中倡导"管理健康"理念,进一步加大帮扶工作的宣传力度,执行精准扶贫政策,才能把帮扶工作落到实处。

Helping and supporting the poor is one of important duties in the enterprise union work.Completing this duty requires knowing about its implementation,analyzing specific circumstance of the employees who have difficulties,sticking to the principle of putting the people and their interests first,launching EAP,helping them completing career planning,proposing the concept of managing health,increasing publicity of assistant work and implementing targeted poverty alleviation policy.
